Brenda Ryan, resident of Summit County Ohio, is advocating for grandparents raising grandchildren - particularly those affected by the opioid crises.
She has started Keys to Success - an event bringing kinship families together where grandparents can connect with other grandparents and kids can connect with kids experiencing similar situations.
In September, Ryan travels to Washington, D.C. to speak with the Congressional Addiction, Treatment and Recovery Caucus, which is co-chaired by Ohio Representative Tim Ryan.
